We are a primarily 55 and old community but can allow 20% of the community to be under the age of 55.

We have a variety of amenities at The Village of Hinckley Oaks, including a Golf Simulator, a fire pit, gas grill and Pickleball Court.

Yes! We love pets and allow up to 3 per apartment home, we do not have a weight restriction on pets but we do follow an restricted breed list.
